  • Is your 1:1 coaching just for weight loss?

    No, this is fitness & lifestyle coaching. Your goals may be to gain muscle, heal your relationship with food, learn how to track macros, get strong at the gym, go into a surplus and put on weight. There are many different phases we go through together.

    How long does the 1:1 coaching go for?
    This is long term coaching so there is no end date, we work together for as long as you feel is needed. There is an 8 week minimum though.

    Can I still maintain a social life with 1:1 coaching?
    Of course, this is lifestyle coaching and eating out with friends and family is going to be apart of your lifestyle. I educate you on how to eat out and we put plans in place to suit that. Of course you will have to make some sacrifices but you will not have to miss out on everything.


  • Do you do meal plans?
    I do not do meal plans, I give you your macronutrient targets based on your body & goals. I find meal plans to be restrictive and I want you to have long term, sustainable results. However i do give you meal plan examples when onboarding.


  • Is the business mentoring still suited for me if i havent started my business?
    Yes, this is for anyone at any level in business.
